Maureen Fazendeiro's film was honored with the Grand Prize at the 2025 edition of the Silhouette Festival.
The short film “The Inhabitants” (Maureen Fazendeiro, 2025, Portugal/France, DOC/FIC, 42') was awarded the Grand Prix at the Silhouette Festival, which celebrated its 24th edition this year.
The international jury — composed of Nader S. Ayache, Anna Cazenave-Cambet, Pauline Ginot, Lilith Grasmugauline, and Paul Jousselin — presented the prize to director Maureen Fazendeiro at the awards ceremony, which took place on September 7th at the Parc de la Butte du Chapeau Rouge. The award is sponsored by the film studios Vidéo de Poche and L'Atelier.
