The films directed by Inês Lima, Alexandra Ramires and Laura Gonçalves are included at the official selection at Santarém International Film Festival.
The short films "The Moving Garden" (Inês Lima, 2024, Portugal, EXP/FIC, 19′) and “Percebes” (Alexandra Ramires, Laura Gonçalves, 2024, Portugal/France, ANI/DOC, 11′) are part of the official selection for the next edition of FICS - Santarém International Film Festival. Although with different narratives, the two films are deeply connected to the territory and the relationship between human beings and nature, and stand out for the sensitivity and aesthetics with which they approach environmental and cultural themes.
The FICS, whose mission is to promote documentary cinema in dialogue with the rural world, heritage and ecology, takes place between May 21st and 26th in Santarém.
