This December, the Cineteca Di Bologna Foundation will pay tribute to Portuguese director Miguel Gomes by presenting a complete retrospective of his films at Cinema Modernissimo.
Italian audiences will have the opportunity to view a diverse selection of his works, ranging from short films to feature films, including 'Meanwhile' (Miguel Gomes, 1999, Portugal, FIC, 25′), 'Pre Evolution Soccer's One-Minute Dance After a Golden Goal in the Master League' (Miguel Gomes, 2004, Portugal, EXP, 1′) e 'Canticle of All Creatures' (Miguel Gomes, 2006, Portugal, FIC, 24′).
This event showcases the creativity and unpredictability of Gomes's unique style, marking him as one of the most original filmmakers in contemporary European cinema.
