Carlos Conceição's short films launched in the USA

The work of Portuguese filmmaker Carlos Conceição has just been released in the United States in a Blu-ray collection by Altered Innocence label, which specialises in auteur cinema.

Independent publisher Altered Innocence released this week, on 1 August, a Blu-ray collection of the work of Portuguese filmmaker Carlos Conceição. The volume, entitled Name Above Title and Other Tales of Woe, is headed by the award-winning film Name Above Title (2020), to which are added the short films Bad Bunny (2017), a new edit of Versailles (2013), the unreleased Turquoise Boy (2014) for a Sonic Youth's song and the trilogy of satires with which he began his career: Goodnight Cinderela (2014), Hell (2011) and Carne (2010).  

Altered Innocence is a distributor specialising in auteur cinema, responsible for the US release of works by directors such as Gaspar Noé, Bertrand Mandico, Yann Gonzalez and Eloy de La Iglésia. The label is part of the Vinegar Syndrome group, whose online shop offers DVDs and Blu-rays worldwide.
