Synopsis
A short narrative based on the capture of visual and sound impressions from the Bobbin Lace Museum of Vila do Conde, under the theme of exploring memory. Through the layering of diverse materials such as thread, lace, cardboard, drawing on paper, and objects from the bobbin lace imaginary, the students interpret fragments of the lace makers’ memories. Using experimental, object, and cut-out animation methods, participants will learn to convey their ideas in an easy and intuitive way, making use of the dynamic nature of the technique.
